PAT & PIR

Portable Appliance Testing ensures electrical appliances are safe to use. PAT should take place on all appliances supplied by the Landlord. Periodic Inspection Reports reveal the condition of fixed wires and fittings in a property. A PIR is recommended every time a tenancy changes. Any remedial works can be undertaken after a quote has been agreed.

Gas Safety Certificates

Certificates are required annually by Law to ensure all gas appliances in a rented property are safe. Our fully qualified gas engineers are ready to test your appliances and service your boiler if required. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and carry £2,000,000 of personal liability insurance. All repair work can be undertaken where necessary.
